About 10 Federal Storage
10 Federal Storage sits in Asheboro, running as a self-storage spot with covered, indoor and outdoor options. Locals mention using it for campers and for climate controlled units. It runs on automation: no contact rentals and gate access, online booking, and remote camera monitoring, with access available around the clock. Support hours are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Reviews are mixed, and the rough ones are worth reading before you commit. Several people report rats and poison blocks around the property, holes in the roof, and climate controlled buildings that felt no cooler than outside. One reviewer says their stored items were ruined. Others describe a burst pipe and a late notice, plus trouble getting insurance paperwork. On fees, renters say rates go up each year and insurance is priced high with little choice in coverage. The positive side is consistent too. Long-term renters praise the safety and easy access, and a few say staff quickly found them a second unit nearby when they ran short on space. One called the facility clean with fast service and an easy website. Nine-plus years of reviews land it at 4.4 from 91 ratings.

“We have been with 10 federal storage for over 3 years. They have been great to work with. The fees go up each year. Not to bad. We love the safety and easy access to our unit.” – Doug W., Edited a year ago, on Google
“Very pleased with 10 Federal storage. We rented and did not have enough room. Had to call and quickly get another unit. They were great accommodating us. In just a few minutes had another unit close to the first one. Will use them again.” – Leigh M., a year ago, on Google
“Very friendly and curious employees. Fast service. Easy to use website. Nice clean facility. Easy access. My only complaint is charging so much for insurance, not being able to choose how much insurance you want to get and maintenance fees.” – barbara c., a year ago, on Google
