About 10 Federal Storage
This Kannapolis spot is a self-storage facility that also handles covered and outdoor parking for RVs. Gates, cameras, and 24/7 access are part of the setup, and you can rent online without talking to anyone. One reviewer had a unit within five minutes and a gate code right after paying, even at 3 am. Reviews run hot and cold. Some renters praise polite staff and easy access, and several mention reasonable rates compared with other places. Others say the gate has been left open, cameras were broken, and the climate-controlled building leaks when it rains. More than one person notes rates went up after the business changed hands. A few report no way to reach a person, just a bot. The facility is locally owned and operated, with customer support by phone Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. No office on site, according to reviewers.
