About 1st Choice Storage - Pass Road
On Pass Road in Gulfport, this spot handles self storage plus boat and RV parking. The grounds are fenced and gated with keypad entry, and cameras run around the clock. The property is well lit too, which matters if you're dropping a rig off after dark. Units come climate-controlled or standard, in a range of sizes. You can rent and pay through a mobile app that also opens the gate and sends issue reports with photos straight to management. A call center is staffed seven days a week, 8 AM to 7 PM, for help outside office hours. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site. Reviewers rate it 4.7 across 17 Google reviews. Several praise the property manager, Breanna, for responding quickly and handling problems as they come up, and one notes Tori went out of her way on customer service. Others call the staff professional and easy to work with. One reviewer said booking online was easy but the process ran long. A single review reported rats and odors in units, so it's worth a look at your unit before you sign.
