About A-1 U-Stor: Monroe Branch
A-1 U-Stor on the edge of Monroe is the kind of place you hear about from people who've kept their rigs there a while. One reviewer stayed six years and said the owner calls when a payment slips, which they appreciated. Others mention the owners being friendly and understanding, like replacing a broken lock without a fuss. The storage is described as clean and dry, and one long-term customer said everything stayed dry all year. That's the main thing when you're parking an RV through Indiana weather. There was a note about mice since the lot sits near a field, but that reviewer just used peppermint spray on cotton balls and still recommended the place for the price. Not every review is positive. One person had a serious complaint about items being sold despite payments, so it's worth reading through the reviews yourself. For the most part, though, people describe straightforward dealings with owners who pick up the phone.
