About AAA Industrial Park Storage
RV owners heading through Greenville on Highway 380 have a straightforward outdoor parking option at AAA Industrial Park Storage. The lot is fully fenced and gated, lit at night, and has 24/7 access so you can pull in or out on your own schedule. Reviewers repeatedly mention the staff. Emily gets named for responding after hours and sending payment reminders by text and email. One driver said a manager opened the gate past 10 p.m. so they could unload. Others call the units clean and the pricing reasonable. A long-term customer of nearly 20 years reports no vandalism and no weather damage. Not everyone is thrilled. One renter pointed to several rate increases since new owners took over, along with a lack of dumpster access. That is worth asking about when you call. Managers are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and the website handles rentals and payments around the clock.

“We arrived at storage a few moments after 10PM and contacted the manager via text. Manager opened the gate and let us unload our customers contents into storage after hours.” – Black M., 2 years ago, on Google
“Secure storage but since the new owners took over, they have had several rent increases. Saying it is for improvements but all I have seen is changing the gate to a coded access and painting the buildings. They have no dumpster for trash.” – David J., 2 months ago, on Google
“I've never had any issue with this storage place. They ensure that a reminder is sent gor the upcoming payment on you unit, which is great being that I am constantly on the road as a semi truck driver.” – Anthony C., a year ago, on Google
