About AAAA Self Storage
This is a self-storage spot on Elm St serving Olde Town and Midtown Portsmouth. Drive-up units make it easy to pull in and load without hauling things down a hall. The managers will walk you through unit sizes and packing tips, and can point you to another facility if they don't have what you need. They also book moves through a movers network at a discounted rate. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across nearly 400 ratings, and the staff gets most of the credit. People name Shay and Nicole specifically, describing them as welcoming and patient, including one renter who managed belongings from out of state for years. Others call the rental process easy and say explanations were clear. Not every review is good. Some renters report rats and mold, and one says there are no cameras recording break-ins, though cameras are listed as an amenity. Read the recent reviews yourself before you commit, especially if your rig is covered storage.
