About Advanced Climate Storage
This is a fenced storage facility on the Portland side with a coded gate for coming and going, cameras on site, and lights around the property. Tenants get 24/7 access. Reviewers keep coming back to the security setup and mention the gate specifically. You have two options. Standard exterior units are pull-up style, sized 5x10 up to 10x30. The heated and cooled units sit inside a locked building and run 5x10 up to 10x20. Reviews call the units clean and well maintained, and one tenant said they never had trouble with mice or insects over two years. The owners get described as nice, helpful, and local. One reviewer liked that each door takes up to two locks. The business has served the area since 2009 and holds a 4.8 rating across 13 reviews. If climate control and a secure gate matter to you, this is worth a look.
