About Alamo Self Storage - Redbird
This is an outdoor drive-up storage yard on Redbird in Dallas. No climate-controlled buildings here, so plan for Texas weather. Cameras are on site, and reviewers regularly call out the staff as friendly and helpful. One customer who rented a dozen units for a film shoot singled out Angelique for being responsive and easy to work with. Reviews are not all glowing. Some mention waits at the office since there is only one person on property. Another describes a break-in and says not everyone was notified. A former tenant disputes a charge that showed up years after move-out. If you want drive-up access and staff who will talk to you, it may fit. Read the recent reviews yourself before you commit, and ask how they handle notices if you ever plan to leave.
