About All American Self Storage
All American Self Storage sits in Methuen and rents drive-up and interior units along with spots for RVs, cars, and boats. The gate and security cameras cover the property, and there is on-site management. Rentals run month to month with 7-day access, and you can handle payments online. Carts and dollies are on hand, and the office sells packing and moving supplies. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Daisy comes up often, described as pleasant and helpful, and one person called her an amazing asset after closing out a unit. Others mention Alana greeting them with a smile and being professional. The setup process got called fast and efficient by one customer, and another said the space was a perfect size. Not every review is warm. One person had trouble adding an existing account online and had to come to the site to sort it out. Another wrote a harsh review about communication and broken promises. Worth reading both sides before you sign.
