About American Secure Storage - Cedar Bluff
American Secure Storage on Cedar Bluff is one of three Knoxville locations, and it's the kind of place that's been around. Reviewers include people who've stored here for years, with one saying they've used it on and off for 16. The site offers both indoor units and outdoor parking spots. Everything is ground level, so no ramps or elevators. The facility is well lit and has 24/7 access, which helps if you're dropping off or picking up after hours. Security is mentioned as a strong point, with sturdy units and alarm monitoring. Staff get mixed feedback. Some reviewers call them great and helpful, noting new management seems to be making a difference. One reviewer had trouble reaching anyone during advertised hours, so it's worth calling ahead if you need to talk to someone. The place is generally described as clean and organized. If they don't have the exact indoor size you need, they'll help you find one that works, and there's often an outdoor spot available.
