About American Self Storage
American Self Storage sits in Fort Walton Beach and offers outside parking for RVs and boats alongside regular self-storage. The facility has temperature-controlled units too, and the staff has years of experience helping people find the right fit. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One RV owner had stored a rig here for over a year and got a call after a hurricane just to say everything was fine. Others describe feeling welcomed at the desk, with staff who remember you and take time to answer questions. Several long-term tenants mention staying for years. Not every visit goes smoothly. One reviewer said the price quoted by phone did not match what they were told in person, and felt the response to their questions was short. Most of the 79 reviews land positive, at 4.7 stars. Hours are posted, and it is not a 24/7 operation.
