About Best Storage Center
Best Storage Center is a self-storage spot in Houston that also takes car, boat, motorcycle and RV storage. Nearly 20 years in the storage business, and the price guarantee says they will beat a competitor's quote. Reviewers tend to talk about the people first. The manager gets named a lot, and comments run toward professional but friendly, quick to fix maintenance issues, and willing to work with renters. One reviewer called the grounds clean and well organized, with easy access to units most any time of day, though the main road gets busy after five. Safety comes up too. There's gate access plus cameras all over, and the office screen shows the feeds, one person counted more than 30. On-site services include alarm monitoring, climate control, online payments and packing and moving supplies. Not every review is glowing. One U-Haul customer had a billing dispute and said to beware, so read the fine print on truck rentals. Hours vary, so check before you drive over.
