About Big Ben's Moving & Storage - Payson
Big Ben's sits on West Red Baron Road in Payson, and RV owners mention it as an easy spot to park a rig close to town. The place is gated and has security cameras running. Reviewers who keep containers there say the site stays clean and attended to, and they feel fine leaving their things. Staff come up a lot in the reviews, and in a good way. Josh and Kayla both get named for being friendly and informative and for helping people find the right space. One reviewer calls Don awesome and always on site. Access is 24/7, so you are not working around office hours to get your camper. Worth knowing: a few reviewers said rent went up more than once after the company took over from the previous owner, and one had a billing snag after giving notice. Prices drew praise from another reviewer. New storage units are available. If you want the full picture on rates and terms, ask before you sign.
