About Black Diamond Self Storage
Black Diamond Self Storage sits on US Route 20 in Hampshire and handles both indoor units and outdoor RV, boat and trailer parking. The lot is gated and watched by cameras around the clock. Reviewers mention wide parking spaces and large drive aisles, and one person hauling a 40-foot trailer said getting in and out was easy. Security comes up often in the 27 Google reviews, which average 4.3 stars. People also note the clean bathroom and the camper storage, and a few call the location secure and well kept. Staff get mixed words. One long-term renter praised the owners for being flexible on dates and payments, and another named Elizabeth as helpful. Others describe billing trouble. One reviewer said their camper was double billed the first month and charged again after canceling. Another said they were promised refunds that never came, and one said their gate code stopped working. Read the recent reviews before you sign and keep an eye on your statements.
