About BlueGate Boat & RV Storage
BlueGate sits on Settegast Ranch Road in Richmond, an easy haul for folks in Fulshear, Cinco Ranch and Katy. It's outdoor storage for motorhomes, campers, trailers and boats, with wide aisles that drivers say make backing into a spot doable in one shot. The grounds are gated, lit and covered by cameras. Electric hookups are available, and rentals run month to month. Reviewers keep coming back to cleanliness, and several mention the owners take real pride in the place. Pricing gets called reasonable against other options around, though one reviewer noted tax added to the quoted rate once a special ended. Signing up can be done online in a few minutes, and at least one customer got through to support fast when a gate code arrived late. The facility changed hands recently, and one reviewer says the new owner wouldn't honor a contract from before the sale. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
