About Budget Storage - Self Storage

Budget Storage on the self storage side of things in Tallahassee earns a 4.1 from 36 Google reviews, and the feedback splits right down the middle. Reviewers who like it call the place cheap and well kept, and several mention staff who go out of their way, including one tenant of four years who says they helped find a mover. A few others say the lot feels secure and the gate opens quickly, which is not nothing when you are pulling a rig through. The complaints are worth reading before you commit. One reviewer says two non-climate units were infested with rats and lost everything inside. Another describes being ignored at the front desk, and one says an extra lock left their unit unavailable for a weekend with no apology. Navigation comes up too. One person calls the layout a maze and notes a broken exit gate. Climate control is available on some units. If you tour it, ask which buildings have it and walk the route to your spot first.
