About Caravan Self Storage & RV
Caravan Self Storage & RV sits in Lubbock and handles more than just RVs. The Google category is self-storage, but it's also listed for automobile and boat storage, so you can park different types of rigs in one spot. The place has a 4.5-star rating from 30 reviews, and a few reviewers mention the owners by name, saying they're friendly and accommodating. In reviews, people often bring up the staff. One reviewer said the team was quick to offer money-saving suggestions, and another mentioned Vicky was helpful and delightful to work with. The property comes across as well maintained and secure, with several folks saying they feel good about leaving their things there. A long-term customer mentioned the owners have been easy to deal with over the years. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about mice and moisture damage in their unit, saying pest control wasn't what they expected. That's a fair heads-up for anyone storing furniture or wood items long term. The facility has set hours and isn't open 24/7, so plan your visits accordingly.
