About Carlton Camping Center
Carlton Camping Center is a family-owned RV dealer in Chesaning that also does parts, service, rentals, propane and storage. They have been in business since 1968. Reviewers keep coming back to the same things. People say they got a fair price on a camper and didn't feel pushed to upgrade. Several mention no hidden fees or dealer prep charges. When buyers call and no one picks up, staff call back, which customers call out as a good sign. Service gets similar praise. One owner brought a fifth wheel bought elsewhere to Carlton after bad work, and the techs fixed what was asked plus other problems they spotted. Another mentions a thorough walk-through on pickup. The family feel comes up more than once, and repeat buyers say they'll keep coming back. Call ahead for hours and storage details.
