About Castlerock Storage - Mt Pleasant, TX
Castlerock Storage sits in Mt Pleasant, Texas, and offers covered parking and open parking for RVs, boats, trailers, and other vehicles. Non-climate and climate units are on site too, so there is room for the rig and the household overflow in one stop. The place has hours rather than round-the-clock access. The 4.4 rating comes from 25 Google reviews, and the feedback runs both ways. Longtime renters call it affordable and the staff cordial, and one reviewer has stayed since 2007. Movers who helped customers drew praise for being careful and quick with furniture. Others tell a harder story. Reviewers describe buildings that leak and flood, water pooling from drainage problems, and a bill for the facility's insurance whether or not you carry your own. One notes a lockout after a single late day, with auction letters and fees further down the line. Worth a visit in person, and worth asking direct questions before you sign.
