About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits in Shelbyville, a short hop from Main Street and a few highways. The place handles more than boxes: people park travel trailers and boats here, in covered spots or out in the open. There are climate controlled units too if your gear needs it. One reviewer kept a travel trailer in a covered space for over a year and called the experience wonderful. The space was roomy with easy access, and they felt their rig was safe even while living out of state. Others describe a welcoming front office. Ashley and Nick come up by name for being organized and quick, and staff walk people through unit sizes and the security measures in place. Not every review glows. One customer got a letter about a roughly 30 percent price increase within two months of signing and was not happy about it. Worth asking how rates are set when you book. The facility also rents U-Haul trucks and sells packing supplies on site.
