About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits on N Tenaya Way in northwest Las Vegas, and the reviews point to the people running it more than anything else. Andrew and Toya come up by name, described as patient and quick to help, with several renters mentioning how they greet folks coming and going. Guests describe the grounds as clean and well taken care of. Covered storage is available, along with climate control, and the property is gated with security cameras. Reviewers talk up the unit selection and the online reservation process. One complaint stands out though: a renter wished corporate would add more cameras and tighten entry security. Renters far out of state called ahead and said the phone staff helped them sort out their unit before they arrived. Others liked that someone walked them through the unit before they signed. Packing supplies are sold on site if you show up short on boxes or tape. If you want a walkthrough before committing, ask about a unit tour when you reach out.
