About E-Z Self Storage
A storage yard on the Kerrville side of things, rated 4.1 from 11 Google reviews. The folks who leave reviews tend to talk about the people more than the pavement. One customer of a year said the owners and employees were helpful, understanding and kind, and passed the recommendation on to friends and family. Another reviewer never made it into the office after the pandemic but still got friendly help over the phone. Someone else got locked in the gate after running past office hours; a call got a calm response and a promise to send someone. A nine-month customer found the staff helpful and knowledgeable about their questions. Response times come up too, both on the phone and in messages. Payment is by phone Monday through Saturday for current customers. You can call to set an appointment or rent a unit on the website. Not a 24/7 office, so plan around posted hours.
