About ECG Commercial Development LLC
ECG Commercial Development runs a self-storage facility in Anamosa, and RV owners are part of the mix here. Along with standard units, they store motorhomes and other large rigs, so you're not squeezing into a lot meant for household goods. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: security and cleanliness. Folks mention 24/7 surveillance around the property, easy access, and a clean site. The leasing process gets called easy and the owners courteous and helpful. One reviewer used the place for two years and noted snow removal in winter, with full access to their storage. Amenities include FOB access, cameras, climate control, and staff on site. There are also office and shop suites if you need workspace. A 4.9 rating across 23 reviews says a lot for a small-town operation. Rates get described as reasonable, though you'll want to check current pricing yourself.
