About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Merritt Island is a self-storage facility that also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories. Reviews mention temperature controlled units and a single-floor layout, so you are not hauling things up stairs. Reviewers describe the grounds and units as clean and bright, and several call the location secure. The staff comes up again and again in the reviews, more than any other topic. People write about managers who worked with them on monthly rates and moved them to a closer spot when a parking issue forced a move. One reviewer said the unit and whole facility felt clean and new. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter left over prices that tended to go up every six months and concerns about someone apparently living on the property. Worth reading the full reviews yourself before you sign. Prices are not listed, so ask when you call or stop by.
