About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side of Oklahoma City runs a straightforward operation, and the reviews back it up. The 4.8 rating across 106 Google reviews leans heavily on the staff, with Lance and Greg named again and again for being kind, clear, and genuinely helpful. People mention how quick the process moves and how clean the facilities stay. One reviewer said Lance called after the lease to ask what they were driving, then steered them to a similarly sized unit that was easier to reach with a U-Haul and trailer. That kind of follow-up shows up a lot in the feedback. Small, medium, and large units are available, and you can reserve online, call, or stop in. Hours are posted, though the office isn't open around the clock. If you're storing an RV, boat, or just overflow from the garage, the staff seems to be the reason folks stick around.
