About EZ Werks Self Storage II
EZ Werks Self Storage II sits in Cypress and handles more than just household overflow. The facility also lists RV and boat storage, so you can park a rig or a trailer without squeezing it into a driveway. Access is available 24/7, and reviewers mention phone-based entry as a handy feature. Reviewers talk up the staff more than anything else. Gina and Marlenne come up by name for quick callbacks, walking people through units, and even helping unload a heavy safe. Others describe the property as clean and well organized, with good climate control and strong security. One reviewer felt safe leaving valuables there thanks to high visibility around the grounds. A few notes from the reviews: one person said the 24/7 access wasn't accurate for them and mentioned an extra motion detector fee plus a rent increase. Pest control and an on-site manager are part of the setup. With a 4.5 rating across 58 reviews, most folks seem happy with the place.
