About 10 Federal Storage
10 Federal Storage sits in Keller, Texas, and rents covered and outdoor space along with regular self-storage. The property is gated with cameras and 24-hour access, and there are climate controlled units plus covered drive aisles and a covered loading bay. You can rent online without meeting anyone, and gate codes come through the no-contact system. Reviews are mixed, and the phone is the big theme. Several people say they got passed around when they called, and a few describe trouble reaching anyone about billing. Others call the place clean and mention the real-time surveillance. Some longtime customers complain that rates went up after new management took over. It is worth knowing before you commit that there are no on-site employees to show you a unit first. You rent online, get your code, and see the space when you open it. If it does not fit your rig, moving out is on you. Google shows 3.8 stars across 53 reviews.
