About 1st Choice Storage - Beaumont
1st Choice Storage sits near I-10 and College St in Beaumont, handy for folks in Nederland, Port Arthur, and Lumberton too. The grounds are gated with keypad entry, DVR cameras, and lights around the property. You can get in any time, day or night. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Across 175 Google reviews and a 4.7 rating, the word friendly shows up a lot. People describe a simple rental process and units that were clean. One reviewer mentions a staff member by name, Miss Sherry, and says she sorted out the right setup without any fuss. Not every review is glowing. One tenant reported a cut lock and items missing, and said the gate sometimes does not work. Another praised the pricing as fair and the place as well maintained. Climate-controlled units and packing supplies are available, and the office is open Monday through Friday. The call center runs seven days a week for rentals and payments.
