About 1st Choice Storage - Miami
1st Choice Storage on the Miami side runs gated, fenced grounds with keypad entry, DVR cameras and lights across the property. Units come in climate-controlled and standard versions, in a range of sizes, for households and businesses alike. A mobile app handles the gate, payments, rentals and account updates, and you can send issues to management with photos. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Long-term customers talk about 11 and 15 years without problems, and several mention how quick and friendly the office crew is. Safe storage comes up often, along with clean, well-lit units and easy gate access through the app. Price gets called competitive more than once. One repeated complaint: the elevator in Building A has been out for about a year, so people with units there walk over to Building B to move things. Worth asking which building your unit is in before you sign. Call center runs seven days a week, 8 AM to 7 PM.
