About 229 Storage
A family owned lot on Route 229 between Ashley and Marengo, running for more than 20 years. The recent addition opened up roomy outdoor parking for large RVs, campers and boats. Access is gated, the grounds are fenced and lit, and security cameras watch the lot. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. James and Stephanie get named for being easy to work with and understanding when money was tight. One driver of a 36 foot bumper pull said pulling in and parking was simple. Others call the lot clean and well maintained, and a few mention paying by office, drop box or website. If you want a fenced spot with an owner close by, this is worth a look.
