About 24/7 Storage Big Rapids
This Big Rapids facility on the self-storage side offers units with oversized doors and higher ceilings, and it sits on a lit, fully fenced property. Access runs around the clock, so you can get to your rig whenever you need it. Reviews split. Several people call the units clean and the access a real plus, and a few name Kyle as easy to work with and always available. Others say security is thinner than they expected, with complaints about lighting and no mirrors on the corners, and one called driving through the lot a hazard. A few mention a call center that's hard to get answers from, and one said a promised free lock never showed up. The rating sits at 3.9 from 16 reviews. If you want 24/7 access and clean units, it's worth a look, but ask about lighting and security before you commit.
