About 24 Seven Storage
24 Seven Storage sits on Lake Powell Road in Williamsburg, serving Yorktown, Kingsmill, James City, and the William & Mary area. Units are ground level with drive-up access, and the site handles boats and RVs alongside household and business storage. Climate control is available. The online side gets a lot of mention in reviews. People reserve at midnight and have access right away, codes arrive by text and email, and sign-up moves fast without waiting on an office. Staff get credit too, including one reviewer who stayed on the phone for half an hour working through a lock code problem. Cleanliness and security come up often, and the price comes up most of all. Not every review is glowing. One renter lost furniture to mice and found the protection plan didn't cover vermin, and another noted there are no elevators. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you sign.

What renters mention
“The website was super easy to navigate to get my storage unit set up. I didnt have to fuss to wait for someone to be in the office. Its convenient getting the codes through text and email. I dont like that there are no elevators.” – Amy C., a month ago, on Google
“Good rental option, with online only sign-up I was able to do relatively quickly and get into a unit. The unit size is a bit too tall, which seems like wasted space, but otherwise is clean, temperature controlled and bug-free.” – Jeremy, 3 months ago, on Google
“When i first got my unit the person was very patient with me because something wasn't going through on my end. I appreciate him taking his time to help me setup my account” – Jeremy (., 3 months ago, on Google
