About 4A Mini Storage
Locally owned and run, this Butler spot gets high marks for its staff. Reviewers call the employees friendly and helpful again and again, and one mentions a staff member going out of her way to sort out a unit over the phone from out of state. Access is 24/7 through a gate, and there's an app that turns your entry code into a tap on your phone so you don't have to punch anything in. The place is gated, and climate-controlled units are available if you're storing something that shouldn't sit through a Pennsylvania winter. People also mention the units are clean and the lot feels safe. Drive-up access makes loading and unloading simpler, and dollies are on hand for heavier items. The rating sits at 4.8 from 36 reviews, with several people saying they've used the facility more than once.
