About 5-31 Storage LLC
5-31 Storage LLC sits in Sunrise Beach, Missouri, and offers covered and outdoor storage for RVs, boats and other vehicles. It's a self-storage facility that also handles automobile and boat storage, so you can park different types of rigs in one spot. Reviews are mixed. Some long-term customers call it a good, safe place to store your stuff. Others describe problems: one renter arrived to find their outdoor spot hard to reach, another said a unit grew mold, and a few mention billing issues after canceling. The gate sometimes sticks open and the grounds can get overgrown, according to one review. The owner lives hours away, so he isn't around much. If you're considering it, read the reviews and maybe stop by in person before you pay. The online photos may not match what you see.
