About 505 RV Park

This is a small RV park in Flora Vista, New Mexico, off the usual route but close enough to town. Reviews run both ways, and the 3.4 rating from 27 reviewers reflects that split. Some people describe a quiet little park that looks good and say they love the location. Others tell a different story. Complaints come up again and again about dogs barking late and dog waste left around, and about trash on the grounds. Several reviewers mention management: some call the people friendly and quick to answer questions, while others say problems go unaddressed. Broken hookups and water that is out much of the time come up too. One reviewer mentions free clothes washing when a washer is working. Wi-Fi is mentioned, though at least one guest found the connection unreliable. There are no posted hours here, so plan your arrival ahead of time.
