54 Storage

About 54 Storage

This is a newer self-storage lot in Taylorsville with units in a range of sizes, plus space for boats, cars, and RVs. The property is gated and has security cameras up. The lock system is billed as more secure than what you get at a typical facility. Online payments are available if you'd rather not stop in. Reviews here run mixed, and the gate comes up more than once. A few renters say the gate has been broken or the code wouldn't let them in, and one said they waited a long time to get to their things. Others mention trouble making payments and slow follow-up from management. On the plus side, people describe the manager Hailey as pleasant and accommodating, and one reviewer said the place was easy to deal with. One reviewer noted there's no onsite or live-in manager, and described a self-policing setup where tenants report problems. Worth knowing before you sign, especially if you want someone on the property.
