About A-AAAKey Mini Storage - Schertz
A-AAAKey Mini Storage sits in Schertz and pulls renters from Cibolo and Universal City too. It handles indoor and outdoor storage, with larger spaces for boats and RVs alongside regular household units. Some units are climate controlled, and drive-up access is available if you would rather not haul things down a hallway. The property is gated and watched by cameras, and there is on-site management. In reviews, people keep bringing up the staff. Chris and Jenn get named by regulars, and the theme is that they answer questions, return calls, and work with you if you communicate. One reviewer rented from out of state and said the team walked them through finding their unit by text, which they had not seen at other facilities. Cleanliness comes up a lot, and so does price. One long-term renter has stayed several years and calls it reasonably priced and always protected. A newer renter liked that the staff set them up with the exact unit they wanted. Someone else wished for restrooms on site but was glad for the platform dolly. Hours are posted, so check before you drive over.
