About A & A Self Storage
A & A Self Storage in Hermiston rents covered storage that works for RVs, boats, and everyday self storage. The place has 24/7 access so you can get to your rig when it suits you, not just during office hours. They also sell packing and moving supplies if you're in the middle of a move. Reviewers bring up the staff a lot. Lynette and Brian get named for being kind and efficient, and Aden gets credit for fixing a billing mistake fast. One person said the check-in was excellent and the price was the best in town. Another liked that the online rental was easy and the manager was quick to respond. Not every review is glowing. One person reported a break-in and said the office is closed on weekends with no emergency number, so it's worth asking about security and after-hours contact before you sign. Overall the Google rating sits at 4.4 from 57 reviews, with people often mentioning affordable pricing and courteous help.
