One caller said they were sold over the phone, and others describe the folks running it as helpful and friendly. The layout gets mentioned a lot. Wide drives make it easier to move a big rig around, and one reviewer got a 40 ft diesel pusher in without trouble. The facility is gated with codes for each customer, lit throughout, and has 24/7 access as long as your account is current. There are no administrative fees or deposits. Safety comes up often in reviews. People describe it as quiet and not prone to vandalism or theft, with one reviewer saying they wouldn't trust their RV anywhere else.
