About A Family Storage
A Family Storage runs several self-storage locations around Tucson, and renters here have used it for years. The reviews often mention the staff by name and call them kind and helpful. One manager gets credit for keeping the property tidy and safe, and a reviewer who was hospitalized with Covid said the late fee was waived. Cleanliness comes up again and again, along with safety. You will find climate-controlled units, alarm monitoring, dollies and moving carts, packing supplies, and online payments. Some reviewers say the paperwork and rental process were easy, though one person got stuck trying to sign everything online. A few reviews are less happy. One renter says prices went up every year, and another reports rats got into stored furniture. The trade-off is a place with staff who live on site and a long track record of courteous service.
