About A Family Storage

A Family Storage runs several locations around Tucson, and the reviews keep circling back to one person: Julio Cardenas, the property manager at the Rita Ranch spot. People storing a large 40-foot vehicle there say he listens to what they need and shows them the options instead of pushing a unit. One reviewer mentioned Julio spotted a problem with their RV during a property check and called them right away, ladder already in hand. Folks describe the property as clean and in good working order. A reviewer who moved into a unit said it had been double cleaned to keep the dust out, and another noticed him pick up a stray tissue on the walk-through. Several mention not feeling rushed or pressured to pick a unit before they were ready. The Camino Abril location gets similar praise for the same manager. Families with long-term units say they've stayed for years and ended up renting a second one. The company advertises units from small up to warehouse size.
