About A-One Storage
A-One Storage is an outdoor lot in Golden for boats, campers and trailers. Reviewers keep coming back to the extras: two dump stations, a wash bay and air for tires. One long-time tenant lists all three as the reason they stay. Staff get named in review after review. Nadia, Kristen and Cristen come up as friendly and knowledgeable about rates and amenities. A guard makes rounds of the property, and people describe the lot as clean and well kept. Pricing draws mixed notes. Several call it competitive for the area, including compared with yards farther from the mountains. One five-year tenant likes the place but mentions steady price increases. Reviews occasionally touch on 24 hour access and potable water. Hours are posted, so it is not an open-all-night yard.
