About A Place to Store - self storage
A Place to Store in Riverview, Michigan, handles self storage, including RV parking. It's open 24 hours for access, which helps if you're dropping off or picking up outside normal hours. Google reviewers give it 3.9 stars from 16 reviews. Some had rough experiences, like one person who found rat droppings and reported missing items, and another who was frustrated by a phone call. Others had smooth visits: a customer from New York arranged a heated unit remotely and found it clean and secure, and a long-term renter said their unit stayed dry for eight years and got a new door. The current owner has been calling unhappy customers to talk through fixes, and one reviewer updated their review after that conversation. Drop by or call to ask about availability.

“Update 9/14/16 So glad to change my review after hearing personally from the new owner. As we talked and I explained I had written this review in the heat of a bad moment while at my unit; things had looked so sad.” – Rita S., Edited 10 years ago, on Google
“I had to find a heated storage unit on very short notice. The staff was very helpful. I obtained a unit, made the arrangements and made the payments all from NY. Amazingly easy!. When I got there, the staff was waiting with the keys.” – Brian N., 10 years ago, on Google
“Was here for over 8 years. Unit was always dry. New door was installed while I was there. If I ever need a storage unit again this would be the first place I'd contact.” – Fredric C., 5 months ago, on Google
