About A Plus Storage
A Plus Storage on Norton Shores runs a straightforward operation. Reviewers talk about renting online and getting their access code and unit number the same day, sometimes within the hour. The gate is always open to tenants, so you can pull in when it suits you. Cleanliness comes up a lot in the reviews. People say the units and the grounds are well kept. One renter found a defective door and got moved to another unit nearby without fuss. Others mention a free lock and that the bill is one thing they do not have to think about. Most feedback is positive, but not all of it. One reviewer tried to cancel the day after renting and said it took three weeks to hear back, and they did not get a refund. “Now that the holidays are slow down. I just wanted to jump on here and give a good review throughout all the craziness and the demands of the holidays my storage unit bill was the only thing I didn't have to worry about.” – Alexandrine M., 9 months ago, on Google
“Easy to sign up to get a unit. The units are all gated and can be accessed 24/7. I rented from this company several years ago through Barclay self storage and they were just as amazing then as they are now.” – Adam C., 4 years ago, on Google
“When I first arrived at the unit, the door was defective. I called and they quickly moved me to another unit nearby. The new unit door works just fine. Very pleased with the contactless ease of setting up the rental unit.” – Cora P., 4 years ago, on Google
