About A Storage Inn
A Storage Inn sits in the heart of St. Louis, and the reviews point to two things again and again: the prices and the manager, John. One long-term tenant said they shopped around thoroughly and the rates here beat everywhere else. People describe the property as clean and well kept. Units come ready to use, and renters mention a quick setup and staff who answer questions and make scheduling work. Several reviewers call the customer service the reason they stay. A few reviews mention climate control and online payments. The property is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviews are mostly positive, though one person described trouble getting a clear explanation of the first-month pricing. It is worth reading those before you sign.
