About A-Verdi Self Storage Corning

A-Verdi Self Storage runs a gated facility in Corning, New York, with a range of unit sizes and types. Rentals and bill pay can both be handled online, and the office also stocks packing and moving supplies. The site offers alarm monitoring and climate-controlled options, plus dollies and carts to move your things. Reviewers tend to single out the staff. Dan Conrad comes up by name more than once, described as patient and quick to return calls and emails. Justin R gets similar praise for walking a customer through the available options. The gate code and full fencing left at least one renter feeling good about leaving their belongings there. Not every review is glowing. One customer said the gate keypad was down on a Saturday, no one answered the phone, and there was no emergency number to call. In an August 2025 edit, that reviewer said the company followed up and set up after-hours help. Another wrote that their unit was overlocked despite on-time payments, forcing a wasted trip from out of state. With 23 Google reviews averaging 4.3, the picture is mostly positive.
