About AA Self Storage - Raleigh, NC
AA Self Storage on the Raleigh side handles more than household goods. The lot takes RVs, boats and trailers, with covered and outdoor spaces, and the facility also runs climate controlled units and drive-up storage. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One long-term renter of about four years calls it reasonably priced and clean, and singles out Mr. Geoffrey for answering questions and keeping things on track. Others describe the lobby as welcoming and the staff as courteous and up front about what you get. Several mention security cameras. That said, two reviewers report thefts from the fenced area, an RV break-in and a stolen cargo trailer. In the trailer case, staff dug into it and worked with the Raleigh police detective. If you park a rig here, ask what insurance you carry yourself. The place is described as clean, odorless and easy to get to.
