About AAA Safe Storage
AAA Safe Storage sits on S 1st St in Milan, serving Gibson County plus Trenton and Humboldt. They offer spaces for RVs, boats, and other vehicles alongside regular self-storage and climate-controlled units. The property is gated with cameras and 24-hour access, so you can get in and out on your schedule. Reviewers mention clean buildings and working gates with round-the-clock entry. One noted the roads and units are well-kept, though keypads at the two entrances can be finicky. Some renters have had billing headaches. Reviews mention trouble setting up autopay, calls not returned, and rent going up a few times. Online payments are an option, but at least one person wished for email confirmation of unit numbers and codes. It's a mixed bag: solid physical site, spotty office follow-through.

What renters mention
“Very conveniently located in town, with well-maintained storage units and roads throughout the property. My only concern is how frequently the entrance keypads seem to be out of service.” – Nick P., 3 months ago, on Google
“So far so good! We have a climate controlled unit. The building is clean. When we see a roach, spider or other bugs they are already dead. Easy to enter and leave. Gates work great with 24/7 access.” – Tammy A., 4 years ago, on Google
“It was really easy to get ahold of the company, and they worked with me getting a storage unit. The ladies who were taking care of me were super sweet, and accommodating. I would recommend them to friends adds family. Thank you Dena!” – Julie F., 8 years ago, on Google
