About AAA Storage City
AAA Storage City sits on Lady's Island in Beaufort, and it handles more than boxes. The lot takes RVs, cars and boats, with both covered and outdoor spaces. Units range across several sizes, and some are climate controlled. The place is lit and fenced, and reviewers repeatedly call it clean and secure. People keep mentioning the staff by name. Charlotte gets credit for walking customers through options without hovering, and Breanna for patience at signup. One reviewer came from a kiosk-only place down the road and was glad to find actual humans behind the counter. Another calls the site new and fresh compared with older facilities. Leases run month to month, access hours are extended, and packing supplies sell on site. A few reviewers mention the gate breaking and standing open, sometimes for days, so ask how that is handled now. There is a one-time administrative fee noted in one review.
