About AAAA Self Storage
AAAA Self Storage sits on the corner of Military Hwy and Lowery Road in Norfolk, near Military Circle Mall and a few miles from Little Creek Base. It is a two-story building, all indoor and climate controlled, so your rig or goods stay out of the weather. The site is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Nick, Belle and Elwood get named for being courteous and helpful, and one long-term renter of four years praised the service. Several people mention staff finding discounts on the monthly cost. Cleanliness comes up often too, along with the security monitors at the entrance. Not everything is perfect. One reviewer said the upstairs air conditioning had been out for months and a box of candles melted. Another noted rodent droppings on the floor after eight years of storage, though nothing inside the boxes was touched. Weigh those against a 4.7 rating from 162 reviews.
